With sales of €5.2 billion, the United States is by far the largest foreign market for ThyssenKrupp. 19% of all ThyssenKrupp’s sales outside Germany are generated in the U.S., which is a share of 13% of our total sales. With almost 17,000 employees, ThyssenKrupp today is one of the largest multinational employers in the United States.
Our U.S. Group companies have employees in 40 of the 50 states. All Business areas are represented by their own companies.
